Michael graduated from Indiana University in 2004 with a degree in Economics. Michael enjoyed many years in the finance industry prior to moving to the field services sector. He brings a wealth of knowledge after working his way up from General Manager to Vice President of Operations. In August of 2017, Michael joined Call Center Systems as CEO.
David Long-VP of Operations
David served in the United States Army from 2000-2004 as a Combat Engineer. After David's military career ended, he entered the call center industry and was promoted through the sector as a Regional Call Center Manager, National Call Center Manager, and, finally, Director of Call Centers. In 2015, David decided to use the knowledge and experience he gained to begin Call Center Systems.
Razvan Tomsa-VP of Business Intelligence
Razvan graduated from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania in 2001 with a degree in Electrotechnical Engineering. Razvan went into Real Estate for five years working as a Sales Director for one of the top local agencies. In 2006, he emigrated to the United States and began working as a technician in field services. Razvan rose through the rankings working his way up to Site Manager, and Regional Director of Operations. Razvan joined Call Center Systems in 2017 as VP of Business Intelligence.
